Totally agree with previous review. This company is unprofessional, there's a lady there that is very demanding and later there's another guy call us in a harassing way. Then, hold off our appraisal report for 2 months. We've waisted almost 3 months to get things done with them. How is people still using them, this company need to be put out!

If given the choice I would have given a zero star. I was charged $900 for a personal property appraisal with a promise to have my appraisal in two days. After five days and three calls I was told that they were sending my appraisal to my lender hence it got delayed even though my lender had nothing to do with my appraisal! Don Hallmark returned my call because I had several concerns about the whole process. Don Hallmark was referred to me and it's the best thing that could have happened. E are buying a church and his help has been priceless
