My first time living in an apartment and the management was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help if there’s an issue or concern. The unit and building itself was clean and just amazing all around, not to mention the great and convenient location!

Unprofessional, unethical, and scam behavior. Post "Haligan Parking" signs where your parking lot is with your complete info so I dont think my car is stolen and your contracted JBA towing company can't charge $400+ for pick up less then 8 hours after the tow! No wonder why you guys let animals pee all over your building. Shameful. Edit: You have "permit parking only" on a lot that is bordered by 3 apartment buildings with permits for parking. Please refer back to original post of what your signs should say.
