I’ve been living at The Hallett for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The unit offers more than enough space and storage, with windows in every room that let in plenty of natural light. Maintenance is always responsive and efficient, and the staff member is incredibly friendly. Having dealt with poor living conditions in the past, this place has truly been a dream. I plan to stay here as long as possible! If you’re looking for an affordable, historic apartment in downtown, this is definitely the best option!

I've lived at Hallett for two years and lived right next door at Arlington three years before that. I've loved living in this neighborhood and any of my issues have been resolved quickly.

Pretty nice apartments in a central location. There are better options out there but I'd at least take the tour here.

Love the studio units. The walls are surprisingly thick so you can rarely hear your neighbors. There can be loud noises from the old building but the location, price, and charm of the building is worth it! Management and maintenance are always extremely responsive and respectful. Check it out!
