After a year and a half of the yo-yo diet of counting calories and portion control etc....with little to no results.....I have FINALLY found what works. When will we learn that God's advise is always the best advise.....when all else fails, read (His) instructions! This is definitely a lifestyle change but one I'm happy to make. Feeling fantastic on the Hallelujah Diet. I'm well on my way to a Hallelujah waistline!
