Food was very cool. Wife could not eat it. I ate the cold pulled pork but will regret it. These food trucks must understand proper hot holding! I am sure they get ppl sick. I did not want money back but to tell her to get her other orders to temp. She just stared confused!? I am in the restaurant business and wish these vendors to understand food safety.
Book this food truck for a charity event with over 400 people! 30 minutes into the event when we finally got ahold of him he first tried to say we didn’t confirm, when I read him our confirmation he then agreed and said he book a different event and forgot about ours he was “sorry”. Left us without food! Maybe we dodged a bullet from the reviews of how horrible his food sounds anyway. I would research a better option before booking this!
Fantastic smoked meats. Sauce was on flavorful but not overpowering.
I hate to leave a bad review but if you don't know, you can't fix it. First off the young man that waited on me was Very nice and helpful(he gets the stars). I loved the idea of your loaded cornbread/ mac and cheese and i chose all 3 meats... The beans were the good part. The bread was like cake, the mac was sticky and flavorless, and none of the meat was seasoned. And idk WHAT that sauce was, but it choked me. It was souless bbq.
