I had dinner there last night after an earlier event next door. Wow what a pleasant surprise. Very good food, generous portions, mature crowd, priced right with a nice view of Lakeland Linder Airport. Then when "The Mix" began jammin, it went from a good meal to a great evening. I had the opportunity to interact with some of the locals including the spouse of the awesome lead singer and got the 411 on the place. Needless to say, I'll be back, bring some friends and enjoy Hallbacks. I'll be a follower from now on.

I had the pleasure of dining at Hallback's, last night. The atmosphere was warm, food was delicious, prices reasonable, and customer service was A-rated! You can even work off some of the food, by dancing, afterwards. It was great to see multi-cultural, multi-generational togetherness doing everything from country linedancing to the wobble..and everything in between. I will certainly return! P.S...reservations are advised ;)

Delectible, mouthwatering dishes; dynamic music by Destiny; caring staff and a fun, casual atmosphere make Hallbacks' Bar and Grill the Saturday night destination spot. You won't see a frown in the place. Uptown Funk fever !
Last night it was extremely hot the prime rib was more fat than meet service was great and fun and the lighting needs to be adjusted. A variety of music needs to be played to enjoy your particular occasion

Best soul food in Lakeland, Florida. I'm frustrated because I couldn't eat more. Everything on the menu was amazingly great. I ate so much I started sweating. I can't remember the last time I ate food that good.
