I really love the environment but it took us a hour in a half to receive our food.... Then the waitress tell us they lost our ticket....but other than that it was fantastic oh and the food was good...we was there 12/10/16
Good evening ! My co workers and I have been bragging all day to friends about Polk County's best kept secret. Sunday Brunch was awesome! The service started outside with two gentlemen with a great smile and a great welcome. Our server Was renamed to Corona however I believe she is Christine. Wonderful and very accommodating. THE FOOD! The food is always good when we go there. Now the service is another story. We arrived at 6:30p for a 7p party. Our table was ready when we arrived with our 20+ guest. We did not get our 1st waiter until almost 8p. The reason why I am saying 1st because we had 3 before the night was over. Our food order was not taken until 8:45p. Some of our party ended up going to the $25 buffet which we were not advised of, until another table mentioned it to us. It is going to be a while if/when we go back. The food was great. Fried Chicken black eye peas the candied yams were so good I could have made a meal just out of them. Looking forward to going back and trying collard greens along with other items. Do your self a favor try this place great food great service friendly and nice to watch the plans land and take off. Tv's for all football fans. Will go back during and after football season. Amy was very helpful today thank you goes out to Derrik at least he said that was his name.
The food was very good and I loved the music and had a good time dancing. I was not impressed by our waitress at all. I would definitely come back. I just hope the service is better next time.
Chose this spot for my 50th birthday party. Fabulous venue!! The DJ was superb.
Was there for over an hour for a planned venue last night. They really dropped the ball. Never even seemed to notice we were there. Much less being able to get something to drink. We were totally ignored ! We left and ate at the Hilton . I don't see myself going back to Hallback's !

I was invited from some friends and it was a great experience
Ribs fell off the bone. Really enjoyed them. Service was great and of course you can't beat the view.
