My family and I have been searching for a great soul food restaurant and we've found it at Hallback's. Great customer service! And the buffet has everything you would hope for in a Sunday meal. My family and I had a wonderful Mother's Day there and not only will we be back but this will be somewhere we will recommend to friends �
My son took me on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was fun! Loved the live band and dancing. Food was okay, service not so good. But Sunday Southern Food Buffet sounded delicious. And it was but....they needed to replenish, service was awful! Had to ask 3 different people for a cup of ice. It was hot! And did I say replenish? My fiancé and I decided to try this place out for the first time and were intrigued about the experience being by the runway and all. He called 15 minutes before we got there and they asked how many and said there was no wait. We arrived and asked if we could sit on the porch and were advised we could, but makes it harder for them to serve us out there and we could be forgotten about! Seafood was great really enjoyed myself also watching Mr hallback dancing
Always a great and beautiful fun time. Atmosphere is just marvellous. On this day we visted the music played by the pianoist was outstanding.
It was a nice outing.... I think the band should have wrapped things up around 10:30p and allowed the dj to set the atmosphere. The table of 10 in font of us were saying the same thing. Food, service, drinks were great. The band was great, but we were looking to dance and groove a little.
