made three different appointments-each time i had to wait for a room to be ready? after 40 minutes i got tired of waiting and made a new appointment same thing happened when i complained to the receptionist the dentist stormed out to the waiting room and screamed at me that now i would have to wait 15 mins and maybe longer before i would be seen i m 71 years old but i cursed him out anyway and he ran back into his office this is not a professional and there is a reason people give him such a low rating he s an arrogant son ... read more
My dear mother experienced was horrendous and down right disrespectful. The office manger is belligerent and incompetent that needs to learn diplomacy . Waiting 2 hr for treatment, and out of the blue he proclaims he does not trust HUMANA insurance and wanted me to pay up front. This office needs to be investigated. I kept my composure wheeled my elderly mother back to my truck ; fortunately, was able to go to another Dentist. Please beware if you have HUMANA insurance.
