HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First time Hall customer, tried buying 100% by phone and online. The car they brought didn't match the description. I felt pressured to accept it and take **** for the backup camera which it didn't really have. That took some weeks to finally get, by the way. Then I noticed it didn't have a VA inspection. They had also neglected to have me sign everything. They did pick up the car and had it inspected at one of their dealerships. (Remember this one.) Then it took 2 months to get the tags.
