I would give anyone doing business with Aaron and Lindsy Hall a giant word of warning. They will find a way to keep a portion of your deposits, no matter what. My advise is to keep good records, take videos and pictures of your walk through inspections, don't take them at their word. My husband and I are both professionals and lifelong homeowners.
