Worst property company I've ever rented from. Look elsewhere. Bad company, bad owners, bad employees, bad overall. Owners and managers are very unresponsive, and when they do eventually get back (took them FIVE MONTHS to reply to our complaint), they will be super unclear. The plumbers, contractors, etc. they hire are some of the rudest and most inconsiderate people I've interacted with.
