Dr. Begum is not fit to be seeing patients. She couldn’t remember/talk about any of my issues even with my chart in front of her. Off putting, hard to talk to, passive aggressive. Go elsewhere
the lady at the front desk needs to take a lap. she was so rude and so mean to people who are coming for mental health support??? she’s trying a little too hard to keep them in business. the therapists are nice but I can’t give this place more than 2 stars until that front desk lady gets fired and her (slightly less) evil twin, the security guard lady.
