Amanda Raahauge is the best agent I have ever had. She goes above and beyond with her customer service! She has answered my 100 questions and made sure I understand everything! And she found me amazing coverage for a great price! I have recommended her to family and friends and they all are beyond happy with her!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Amanda is the worst. Took her 3 days to respond to a simple request to give me copies of my policies. They also let one of my best friend’s policies cancel and never notified him. I have now cancelled my policies and eft with them and yet I have been charged for my policy renewal and got a second billing notice today. We have loved dealing with Susan Schneider over the years. She is efficientand always looks for the best deal as our teenage sons become drivers and get added to the policy. She tries very hard to make it less painful for us any way she can �.
