I had a very disturbing conversation with my son and granddaughter today. My granddaughter had an appointment today. While working in her mouth, things just were not going well. They kept trying to do whatever it was they were doing. Even calling the doctor in to help when they realized they had the wrong chart!!! How could that be? This could have ended in a horrible 'MISTAKE'. I am appalled that this happened. My granddaughter didn't know what was going on but knew something was wrong. Hands down , the best customer service I have experienced in the medical field EVER !!! Met them with my 12 year olds braces needs.
