Semir deserves more than 5/5 rating. He repaired my bracelet in less than an hour, after I was told by 2 other jewelers that it was not possible.Repair was completed at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Hall Jewelers.

I am holding out hope but thus far I would have to rate poorly. I purchased a gold chain 22 inches for my son for Christmas. When he opened and took out of package the chain was broken. I took back and he said he can fix it. I went back 2 weeks later and it was further destroyed and he said it was a faulty product he received. I received call this week that I need to come pick a new chain for replacement. When i arrived he only had one and he tried to say it was heavier and cost more and tried to get an extra 500 dollars.
