They have a great staff that go above an beyond to help you. We have been with them for over 25 years. They have ALWAYS been helpful.
Find an agency who wants your business. Called and spoke with Aaron who advised me they cannot do a same-day quote. Stated they were just too backed up. If you’re too backed up to assist me, you should hire more people. I wouldn’t want an insurance agency that is too busy to help me. I find that ridiculous when you can get an online quote for insurance and 35 to 45 seconds. Kathy is the best . If you do not have a DUI, they will get you the best insurance I have ever seen in my life with the best coverage at a very good price. Phenomenal insurance company, hands-down.
