My wife and I have lived at Regency Pointe, Phase II, in Foley for two years. Our manger is very knowledgeable in all areas of property management. The apartment grounds are well maintained due to her careful attention. It takes a special individual to manage an apartment complex that is occupied by elderly and disabled individuals! As residents, we appreciate Denise and look forward to a long relationship with her as manager.
DO NOT MOVE TO WATERFORD PLACE APTS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY TELLING ME I CAN MOVE IN THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I CANT MOVE IN. SHEILA IS RUDE AND IS RACIST! SHELL TELL U THERES A WAITING LIST BUT REALLY SHE DO NOT WANT TO MOVE U IN! I FOUND OUT HALL HOUSING NUMBER ITS 334-794-2678. THE OWNER IS GARY HALL BUT U WILL NEVER TALK TO HIM! Dothan opened a new apt. complex Hall Housing built on Fortner. It was fine for the first few months. Now people drive over to the complex at night, party in the parking lot and pool, threaten residents. Residents are horrible. Hide animals and move in people not on the lease. Not safe to go outside at night. Bad reputation already. When my lease is up, I m gone. Finally have a manager after three months. Didn t matter. She only says, I ll talk to them. Big deal. Hall housing investments doesnt care about their customers.I have been renting an apartment at eagle ridge apartments since june of this year.After 3 weeks of living in the apartment it flooded from rain water.Here comes September in 2 days, and still nothing has been done to repair the flooding problems.Not even so much as one person to come out and look at the problem.The brick building has holes, where grout between the bricks is missing.Rain water enters the apartment flooding every single room.The carpet is ruined... Does anyone know who to actually complain to. The Property Manager at Heritage Gardens is very unprofessional and rude. Something needs to be done about the treatment of tenants and the lack of customer service skills that Hall Housing Employees have. We have rights as tenants and its time that Hall Housing Hear about it
I been living in my apartment since December of 2008.Within the 2 years we have had 4 landlords...which is rediculous I think.The landlord we have now admitted to me that she has been in the food industries all her life so what does that tell you...she has no experience at all.I went to her because the residents above were making a lot of noise and she acted as if she was afraid to go to them about the noise.I have decided to take further action on her.
I have been renting this apartment for over a year now. When I first moved in (Nov. 2009), the central heating/cooling unit leaked water into my hallway. It took about 3 days before they sent somebody to "suck up the water" with a shop vac. This past year it did the same thing and it took this new manager a whole week before she sent somebody to do the same thing! She didnt even bother to come an see the problem. I did not even get to move in and they will not give me my deposit back! I was on the waiting list for 4 months, I always had to contact them. I went to get my key for the next day I was moving in and Veronica( who was a supervisor that had to work because so many managers quit) told me I was over qaulified for this years earnings by 1000.00 that I have not even made yet.
