I have watched the staff and management at The Biltmore and Beverlye Crossings, while living in Dothan for 4 years, go above and beyond in order to provide apartments for people when they had no place to go. They seem to keep prices low which means they must be on a budget, like most of us. We can be upset when our full deposit is not returned, but is it really Hall Housing s responsibility to pay for carpet with un-godly stains, the crayon colors our children left on the wall, ect. I have recently been acquainted with some of the staff, management and even the owner of Hall Housing. I have seen the staff and management go to great lengths to meet the needs of each resident. I give them a thumbs up and will refer all my friends to Beverlye Apartments, Dothan, AL.
Do not live at Austin Pointe apartments in warner robins, Ga. 31088 unless you like drugs, bugs, loud music and your car getting broken into from time to time or your apartment for that matter. What a joke that place is. I would pay a little more for security and safety. The managment just wants your money and nothing else. They are a bunch of crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hunter Ridge Apartments in Gardendale is one of the properties that Hall Housing has and had only one issue if you want to even go that far. Once I moved away, i was starting to worry/think about my deposit, so I called the corporate offices in Dothan, Alabama. Ive been a resident of one of Hall Housing s complexes for approx 3 years. I ve moved here with one manager, and a new manager quickly took over. It was a big job for her, especially picking up where someone has left off and a mess. She was concerned for the residents needs. She made some changes that were concerning residents. She has been quick to fix any problems that were turned in. The changes she has made have been for the best. She has asked residents about their thoughts on a community entertainment night as well. My Experience with Sun Pointe has been a good experience. She has never walked into my apartment without letting me know in advance. The one problem I had with an appliance she took care of it in a timely fashion. Bottom line, i took care of the my apartment and treated her with respect like she treated me and had no problems....AND got my deposit back.
The Regency Point property manager always goes the extra mile to help residents when they need it. We have had an untimely problem with the HVAC unit and it she saw that it was fixed the next day. I hope she stays around and will be our manager for a long time.
I have had nothing but upmost respect from my landlord and Hall Housing IF I have any problems. Our property manager is great and have actually called and spoke with Hall Housing about her good performance! She was very helpful in every situation.
