I have been waiting since May (it is October) to have a quote sent to me for a part I need to replace for work to be completed. I have followed up at least 10 times and have not received a quote. They eventually had to send someone out to look at my AC again because they “forgot what they did”. The last follow up I was told they already ordered it but cannot provide a price. At this point, I’m switching to another company who can follow through timely.

I could not be a happier customer. Hall installed our new Trane and new ductwork. We selected them after getting quotes from several vendors. Hall's is good old fashioned local business, hardworking, honest, good value, and good people.

I have been a customer of Hall Heating and Air for years, both commercially and residentially. Their team is top-notch in quality of service and customer care! I recommend them to anyone, and I also recommend their annual service (twice/year maintenance on your system) which keeps my home system running and we can head off any issues before it gets too bad.

Can't say enough good stuff about them! This is exactly the service I moved back home to experience & I'm very grateful for the human touch as much as I am the quality repair job. Truly, thank you to the lady in the office & the gentlemen who did the work 🙏🙌
