I get so anxious, nervous, and shaky before any procedure. The team is so helpful, understanding and kind and explains what will happen during procedure . No worries or concerns you have go unnoticed or unanswered. The team makes sure they do everything to make you comfortable. Then Dr. Pauline Hall, is the most tender, kind, soft spoken, understanding (and strong!!!) Dentist. Dr Hall and his staff are very friendly and professional. The staff is considerate and they treat you with exceptional courtesy and consideration.
I went here when I was a single mom in University, I never met the dentists, but the hygienist treated me so cruel, shamed me and belittled me, was rough with me, and made me come in the next morning at 7 am before class for 5 minutes and charged me double ,I ended up paying almost 1000$ for a cleaning. I was confused, mortified and embarrassed and hurt. I still am nervous about going to the dentist years later.
