I want to thank Dr. Burnett for seeing my daughter, and swiftly addressing our dental/ortho concerns, even though she had her original ortho/braces treatment elsewhere. Upon one visit, we witnessed his entire staff as being genuinely kind, caring, good listeners, punctual, and truly helpful in creating a plan to resolve her dental issues. Dr. Burnett took the time to see us himself. What a different experience!!! Ten stars.

After researching different treatment options, and having a family history of jaw abnormalities, I brought my son in for a consultation at Hall and Burnett. They are not close to me, we had to drive over the hill from santa cruz but they were of the few who offer two phase treatments to promote growth, as well work with oral surgeons when jaw surgery is indicated. I cannot recommend Dr. Burnett and his incredible team at Burnett and Hall enough! After relocating to California, my daughter faced a complex orthodontic situation and had visited several offices, each suggesting we start treatment from scratch. It was incredibly frustrating and concerning. Dr. Burnett and his team are absolutely wonderful! My daughter and niece are both getting braces and it's been nothing but a positive experience. (I wish he had been my ortho when I was younger!) Dr. Burnett is extremely kind & caring, he is also very efficient and easy to talk. He makes you feel comfortable and very welcomed.
