Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in selecting a Trek bike to meet my needs.
(EDIT) Due to the shop refusing to take responsibility for damaging my power meter crank and bearing, I will never again go here! This was not a cheap part! (ORIGINAL)I can not say enough about how professional and friendly the staff is at Hall Bicycle Company! I have a 2022 Speed Concept SLR 9 and I wouldn’t trust most shops to work on it. Austin was amazing and went above and beyond to help me.
