My second visit to Hall Bicycle Company for service. Both times things have went well and my needs were met (I am a casual rider and do not put in many miles)! This latest visit I had issues with shifting on my very old trek bike. The technician had an idea of exactly what it was (old lube in the old style gear shifters) and he gave it a quick attempt to do a "fast fix" while I was there but it did not cooperate. The staff at Hall's were fantastic to work with. They did a great job communicating and made the process of servicing our bikes quick and easy. Highly recommend as the go-to bike shop in the area.
