Oh, how times have changed. I am a daily cyclist and have been for years. I recently took one of my bikes into this store to inquire about the lifetime frame warranty. From the start, the showroom representative, Austin, made it abundantly clear that he wasn't going to lift a finger unless I intended to buy a new bike. I was in today for a tire repair, service was excellent. Spoke with salesman about advice on new bike purchase. He would not say anything unless I asked him question. Almost seemed like he was not interested . I got the impression that he thought I was a dumb about bicycles. I got plenty of $ just looking for honest reliable advice! Your loss! Will purchase elsewhere.
