Great Hotel, with extraordinary bad service…….based on our experience….they don’t make up the Rooms or refresh towels daily….even when we pointed it out around 4pm…..still no room clean….. The Claim was there is a staffing issue……this would seem to me to be a fundamental non negotiable part of any 4-5 star hotel’s service, one star or Five star the room should be serviced……..incredibly they didn’t seemed phased by this…must happen often….. they did at least supply fresh towels and coffee …. Stayed for two nights for a concert with my friends, and it was an amazing stay. Honestly very professional and the workers are so nice! Mrs. Kaprina and Mr. Scott (the night auditor) >>> they. Were. So. Amazing. so helpful and helped us with our reservation and room issues efficiently. housekeeping was very quick and also handled things very quickly which honestly took us back. You will be greeted when entering the building, very nice customer service each floor is designed on its own level very beautiful very clean valet parking, which is always beautiful. The building is design so well you will not be disappointed.
My favorite hotel in Dallas. The room was beautiful with unique art everywhere and modern lighting and electrical ports everywhere. Loved the under cabinet flooring for the bathroom and the private water closet. The pool deck on the roof has a deck with amazing views. Spent hours up there with just a drink and watching the sunset every night. Really made my trip. The house keeping was perfect and everything was clean. Will definitely book again.
