Horrible AI automaton boooking system!! I recently tried to make a reservation for a 6 night stay and realized the dates were wrong when I loooked at the confirmaiton. Frustrated after several attempts to correct the reservation online, I called the hotel front desk. There I was told the hotel has no control over the system; in effect, I was out of luck. I now have two, yes two, charges on my card for a rezzie that I couldnt correct. Stayy anywhere else!!
Awesome, spacious, modern, comfortable hotel in downtown Dallas. Convenient walking distance to many different businesses downtown that I often have to visit for work. Excellent and efficient service from the staff here too. The experience feels more like coming back to your own modern condo rather than a hotel chain due to the quality of the furniture, room design, bathroom and even just the AC interface - it all feels like staying in a staged, modern condo that is ready to be sold.
Beautiful hotel, great location near lots of museums, food, and things to do close by. Exceptional service & the rooms are comfortable.
I had such a lovely experience at HALL Arts Hotel and Tom really went above and beyond for me. I arrived with what felt like my entire life in luggage and he was incredibly patient, attentive, and helpful with every single bag. He made the whole process effortless and made sure I was completely taken care of. Thank you Tom for taking such great care of me! 🤍
