Dr. Robinson delivered my son Keanu Blye 16 years ago, on March 11th 2009, It's a fond memory, I will forever treasure this, since I was adamant about natural delivery, Dr. R, made it happen! I always remember the miracle he aided in delivering with Lynette our midwife, still today: I send Lynette photos of Keanu growing up 16 years later and I will continue to share. The procedure went well. If you get aggravated while waiting to see a doctor you should ask yourself is a shorter wait time make the doctor better. You should just relax, it’s just time and unless you have to be somewhere else you’ll get there. Enjoy the fact that you are here.
The physician and his staff DO NOT CARE what time your appointment is, they DO NOT CARE what issues you are currently experiencing. They just DO NOT CARE about actually taking care of patients. I'm not sure why they see patients. And yes, the waiting room is dirty.
I’ve heard and read many horror stories but let me tell you he is a good doctor!! I’ve been going to him since 2004, already a patient when I found out I was pregnant with My third. He has his own sense of humor and a lot of times misunderstood because he is from Chicago, like many of us he is also proud of his heritage. I went in 2016 and it was awful. I started to miscarry in his office.They didnt try to help me and never had any pads. When I went for my next visit he asked me how my baby was doing. I had miscarried

I was terribly upset, my blood pressure was extremely high as a result of being upset. I felt so demoralized by the way I was treated by the clerk.
Very rude provider and staff
I scheduled an appointment for my son who is dealing with a very serious condition. My son’s appointment was canceled because I only have a digital copy of insurance card. It’s 2023, normally physicians ask for that information be emailed to them. This is very disheartening for this to happen considering the circumstances
