Although I did not end up purchasing a lawn mower from this team, I wanted to say thank you to the sales man Ken, who actually followed up with me once they got a mower in stock. I really appreciated the call, and the attention to detail! Thank you for being kind and helpful!
Lots of inventory, support small business
Steve keeps me coming back! He treats me well and will give me any and all information he can on product. If its not on the floor he will hunt around to why it's not out and come around the corner carrying it haha. So far the whole crew has been great, wether it's sales or it's parts or trying to get repairs. Be back for the next investment.
I've had 2 separate encounters with the sales team from Kubota in Dartmouth and I need to express how excellent their customer service is! It is so hard to find people in customer service roles that go above and beyond. I've dealt with both Ken and Ron and although we didn't actually make a purchase there they won hands down with the customer service aspect!
Great service and stock. I buy all my Stihl products and accessories here.
