The team was professional, polite, and incredibly considerate throughout the process. They always knocked before entering, took off their shoes, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. They answered all our questions with patience and care. We’re very pleased with the heat pumps and highly recommend this company for their excellent workmanship and customer service.
Had a heatpump installed by Halifax Heat Pumps and everything was exceptionally professional. From the sales visit to the final startup everything was well explained and done exactly as they said it would. We love the comfort from the Lennox heatpump and look forward to the energy savings.

The team at Halifax Heat Pumps was awesome! Communication was easy and everything got done right on time. They took care of everything from removing the old oil tank and furnace to upgrading the electrical (panel, mast, wiring and inspection ) and installing our new ducted heat pump. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, professional, and they left the place spotless. Couldn’t be happier with how smoothly it all went!
