Unacceptable Rudeness and Unprofessional Behavior—Especially toward a Special Needs Patient. I am writing this review to warn other parents with the service at this clinic. The Nurse Practitioner's behavior was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional when interacting with my son, who has special needs. Her lack of empathy and basic human decency was appalling. I attempted to resolve this matter privately by emailing the corporation, but my complaint has been completely ignored.
If you don’t have PPO insurance they won’t see you!
Great, but bring a sweater!! Capable and professional people offering quick medical respononse. No typical lengthy registration requirements: easy, brief online pre-scheduling registration gets you in..But they need to turn down the ice cold air conditioning and/or forewarne patients they may NEED to bring a heavy sweater type outer garment to be comfortable.
The team is the best, friendly and emphatic, fast quality service, every time! I started going there in 2020 as urgent care and it is the only place I would go to for urgent care needs for me and my family. I recommend 100% and everyone I’ve told to go there, has the same awesome experience.
