I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible doctors, nurses, and staff at Halifax Deltona and Halifax Daytona for the outstanding care they gave my 89-year-old mother. From the moment she arrived, the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of the entire team were evident. When the doctors determined she needed a heart catheterization, we were very concerned because of her age. I brought my daughter to the emergency room . The triage nurses was very nice and took us right back . But the physician on duty was horrible . Really didn’t communicate. My daughter came in for a concussion. We sit in room which it felt like they forgot us . We came in at 11something was discharge at 1something but again the doctor didn’t give very much information after telling her CT Results . I am highly disappointed with the care my daughter received.
They need more Doctors, My Insurance made them my primary when I moved here, I was already a bit hesitant after reading all the bad reviews about this place, but the Majority was on the Emergency Side. So, I called to see about Scheduling a Annual Physical, the Receptionist said the "EARLIEST" they have is DECEMBER! What Primary Care Practice had a NINE MONTH wait for Annual Check Up? I don't know if its the Hospital or the City... But Damn!
I am willing to pay poligraph test , please any news paper or news I have proff of negligence right at the door.
