We love all the doctors here, especially Dr. Kim and Dr. Shields! I only deduct a star because they often times do not answer the phones or return calls. The wait in the office is also pretty long, I assume they may over-schedule or they get behind and can't catch up, bring a book if you have an appointment and plan to be there at least an hour or hour and a half.

I’m very disappointed with the scheduling and time management at Halifax Child Hospital in Palm Coast. On my first appointment, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time, and on my second appointment, I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled time. However, when I arrived 20 minutes late for my third appointment, I was told I had to reschedule because of their strict 15-minute late policy. We have seen mostly Nicole, but other providers to when my child isn’t feeling well. We are able to get into the office when needed and the front desk staff works with my needs of my child. the provider staff is great and understanding. This office is super clean and everyone overall has been great and super helpful.
