Wonderful pediatricians! Will be staying here until my kids grow up!
We love all the doctors here, especially Dr. Kim and Dr. Shields! I only deduct a star because they often times do not answer the phones or return calls. The wait in the office is also pretty long, I assume they may over-schedule or they get behind and can't catch up, bring a book if you have an appointment and plan to be there at least an hour or hour and a half.
I’m very disappointed with the scheduling and time management at Halifax Child Hospital in Palm Coast. On my first appointment, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time, and on my second appointment, I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled time. However, when I arrived 20 minutes late for my third appointment, I was told I had to reschedule because of their strict 15-minute late policy.
