Me and my husband were positive for Flu A. Our household has been sick with the flu along with my children who are seen here. Have been calling here since the day after we were diagnosed to speak with someone about my children and each time no answer just a few rings then a voice recording saying the office is closed even though it is after 1pm nowhere near 5pm. Disappointing, never expected such a thing from Halifax.
They dont take patients that have not received vitamin K at the hospital. Great!
Don’t go here. Not only is the building/elevator in terrible shape, but the office is extremely understaffed and unequipped to handle their patient caseload. I am a new parent and they have rescheduled all 3 of my newborns visits (one day prior) due to staffing issues. Nicole is great, but unfortunately I am switching pediatricians for a more reliable office.
I absolutely love this pediatric office! I had a change of insurance and needed to switch, but then when I got updated insurance, I immediately went back. It’s incredible how prompt and thorough they are. They are truly always looking out for the best interest of the babies. I can’t thank them enough for early detection and intervention that they provided to me and my girls. Thank you! -Ashley
Dr.Kim is amazing, so engaging with my child she remembers her when we visit and takes any concerns seriously!
