I’m very disappointed with the scheduling and time management at Halifax Child Hospital in Palm Coast. On my first appointment, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time, and on my second appointment, I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled time. However, when I arrived 20 minutes late for my third appointment, I was told I had to reschedule because of their strict 15-minute late policy. Hi there I had a question is this office downstairs or upstairs?
We have seen mostly Nicole, but other providers to when my child isn’t feeling well. We are able to get into the office when needed and the front desk staff works with my needs of my child. the provider staff is great and understanding. This office is super clean and everyone overall has been great and super helpful.
I absolutely love this location! I’ve never had one issue while bringing my two-year-old son here. The nurse staff, doctors, and especially receptionist are the best! Very respectful and always excited to see my boy. I can always get my son in for an appointment at a timely matter. Never have to wait long in office And always greeted promptly as I walk through the door. This fabulous staff never makes appointments feel rushed and answers all my questions with detail. We always leave feeling cared for!
Used to love Nicole, but after being told to wait for over an hour for our appointment today, which my son desperately needed, decided to leave as the “receptionist” upfront was too busy gossiping with every nurse that works at this location. Seriously find a new pediatrician unless you’d love to wait around and be talked about while being disrespected countless times.
