I think that they are a rip off every year my bill go up mar,April n may and after that it gradually go back down I have not turned my heat up n there is nobody n da home ,I'm never home n my bill went up an extra 200.00 .They claim they give curtiousey calls when they have your number but I never get one they make sure if I forget that they turn my lights out not a minute after 10 am.I hate them and wish that there was someone else that I could give my business to.
