Best service of Duncan, on time, fast for response, delivery and pick up was included just for 39$ extra but it worth, loved the communication and their accuracy, taking care of my wool rugs very well, really recommended it if your admire clean work this is the best one,

Called in on Tuesday having 7.5 x 9.5 wool rug and requested it be done by Friday. Easy drop off although I couldn’t lift or carry it and I was told it could be picked up by them. This beautiful rug had several older dog urine stains and a few recent ones along with other markings. Thinking it has most likely not been cleaned for quite some time.
