Halibut House Fish and Chips never disappoints! The fish is always crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and the fries are golden and perfectly seasoned. Portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh and made to order. Friendly staff, quick service, and consistently great quality. Fish was undercooked and had to be sent back the manager then proceeded to to still try to charge me for order then wanted to argue with me cause I was not paying for something I did not eat yelling loudly in restaurant and creating a scene very unprofessional and very rude I been coming here for years from they first open spend lots of money have never returned any food before and she try to lie on me saying this is not the first time very rude I definitely will not be back just lost a loyal customer
Fish tacos were good, but the fries were horrible. I ate just one piece and then forced myself to eat the second one but there was no way I could eat them. I left them all in the place!
First time customer and unfortunately I will never be going back. Terrible customer service. Definitely not worth the money. AC was also broken.
