I received a 60 min massage certificate for Christmas that Skye King refused to honor despite $49 being paid for it. Skye's response was unsympathetic and dismissive (Skye blamed it on Groupon and told me to contact them). I did contact Groupon customer service. They say I cannot use it toward another merchant as I did not purchase it myself (again, it was a gift). I am out a massage and the gifter is out $49. Skye King is one of the most gifted massage therapists I have ever worked with. She is highly unique in her skill sets. She is incredibly smart- knows her anatomy, pathophysiology and common pain patterns. She treats specific pain issues and individualizes the session based upon the client's specific needs. Skye is one of the most intelligent and empathetic massage therapists I’ve worked with. Over the years she has helped me so much with body pain issues! She cares deeply for her clients and always takes a thoughtful, educated, and sensitive approach. I couldn’t recommend her more!
