My husband and I enjoyed a meal at Half Shell last night. I can honestly say I enjoyed every thing I chose. Charbroiled oysters, crab claws, royal red with roasted new potatoes, turnip greens, fried okra, and steamed broccoli. It was all excellent.
The service and atmosphere was remarkable! Great restaurant!!
I took my wife there for her birthday. She had Redfish Orleans, and I had grilled redfish. Both were delicious. We then had the Chocolate Confusion for dessert. It was delicious as well.
The best oysters I have ever had. It's a beautiful restaurant; the service was excellent and I will dream about that oyster po' boy until I come back for another one. The half shell salad was so fresh and tasty. Mmm mmm. :)
Had a great time! Came in before they closed and they accommodated us! Great atmosphere and great employees! We had royal reds and oysters and loved it!
