Donnie the Oyster Chef is Awesome!
The oysters were not hand shucked they were opened with a dull wedge and every oyster had shell in it and no steamed oysters cause they tray them ahead of time and have to add liquid to the shell to charbroil them😞
we're Visiting from Pittsburgh and wanted a GOOD Mississippi (cajun) seafood meal before heading home. the Half Shell Oyster House full filled my cravings! The Gumbo was fantastic!! I'm glad that I ordered the Bowl instead of a cup.
