This USE to be my favorite restaurant when I came to town but not anymore. We were with a dinner party of 22 on 12/27/2016 and the manager and hostess were so rude to our party. They seated 15 of our 22 and said the other 7 had to wait another 45minures to an hour because our contact person did not give her the correct headcount. I ordered the seafood pasta which was excellent And My party sampled from each other's plate So we had voodoo chicken,green tomatoes with crab, charbroiled oysters. Everything was delicious. We definitely will make this a regular stop. The service was fantastic. I give them an A plus.
My wife and I eat here every year for her birthday and at least once every couple of months in between. The service and food has always been impeccable, awesome, and undeniably the best in Hattiesburg. Birthdays and Half Shell are a tradition for everyone in our family now.
This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! Our waiter Phong was amazing. His service was great and he had awesome recommendations!!! Will definitely be coming back when I visit the Gulfport!
This is the 3rd. Christmas Eve that my family has gone to Half She'll Oyster. We have enjoyed every Christmas Eve. Royal Red Shrimp were excellent as was the asparagus. We are happy as always, Tyler our server was excellent.
The appetizer (Lobster&crab dip) was fantastic! Shrimp and grits, oysters rockerfeller, and fried seafood platter were outstanding! Portion size was more than ample. Service was great and efficient. I could go on...but I won't. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
My favorite spot for drinks and great food! Atmosphere is nice and the servers are excellent.
