Overcrowded! Not understanding the $10 door charge and it's a restaurant/lounge. Waited 40 minutes for my drink to get back to my table and was not I had ordered. So I had cotton mouth all night ��Servers are inexperienced and not customer service friendly. I only went back to meet a relative that I haven't seen in years. They even dreaded going to the restroom because of moving through the crowd and the long line. So they decided to hold themselves all night! Can I get a refund?

The food there is to die for cozy atmosphere and great music
I had a really good time. Music was banging. Old school 80's. The band was very good. Much better than "Dueling Pianos". Felt safe and enjoyed watching others have a ball. (My goose and pineapple was very strong)
Didn't Have time to eat but the entertainment was fantastic Secret Society was turning it up.
Celebtated a great friends birthday on a great Be'la Dona night!
Would have appreciated given a warning that there was a two hour seating/eating time. It was not mentioned upon arrival and it was my first time there.
