Half Moon Delicious The Half Moon restaurant serves delicious and creative food. Their menu is interesting an encourages diners to order beyond their usual preferences. I've eaten at Half Moon only once, but I can't wait to go back again.
HUGE bean burger. Interesting fare -- from wild game to a vegetarian's delight. Boasts a mammoth bean burger. Great atmosphere in the heart of Kennett, fairly upscale for downtown. Parking is a bit tricky, but side streets are available.
Unique food I love the Half Moon Cafe, upstairs in the evening, plants and a warm summer breeze. A big plate of crab nachos and a Dirty Ho (a mixed beer that tastes of berry) and good company. The menu has a good variety ranging from apple spinner salad (yummy) to buffalo. My recommendation is the crab nachos. They have gotten a bit light on the crab but still yummy. The downstairs bar can be noisy and the downstairs restaurant has uncomfortable booths (no padding just high wooden booths) but that's a minor complaint.
Out of this world Belgian beers, wild game food, Chilean wines and a glass enclosed roof top atrium for watching the sunsets is an awesome experience. Highly recommed dining experience.
