Andrew was amazing. He had to give us some bad news about our hot water tank and a slab leak but was very empathetic. They sent him out right away and scheduled the replacement and leak finding the next day. I can not recommend Half Moon enough. I don’t remember the very kind and helpful lady that answered the phone but she was awesome too!
I couldn't be more pleased. Jeremy came out quickly determined the leak in slab in hot water lines. Then scheduled the repairs. Evan and his helper isolated section in slab and Bypassed it with minimal wall openings. They were all very professional, polite, with my concern in mind
