There are not enough good things to say about Half Moon Plumbing. From our first call, to the end of the work they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Jackson, who came to do our initial estimate and set up the work was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Today, Juan and David came to finish our plumbing issue and they were superb. We had a plumbing issue over the weekend, I appreciated getting someone on the phone Saturday to make an appointment first thing on Monday morning. Both technicians that came out were very nice, and they arrived right after 8am. Nic was very clear about the repairs that they recommended and was upfront about the pricing. I'd recommend.

Start with the scheduler. She was awesome! Nice funny and responsive. She offered a tech to come out that same afternoon but I wasn’t at home. So she scheduled for the next morning between 8 and noon. I was contacted when the tech headed my way (I live way out in the country). Had his pic and he was there before noon even after getting lost- GPS can’t ever find us. He was sooo nice, fixed us right up and cleaned up before he left. I will use them again. I’d request Jeremy if he’s available
Nicolas and Hudson were so great! Super professional and polite. They went above and beyond answering all our questions, finding all issues, and communicating our options clearly. Did not feel any pressure but just genuine care for our home. Steven, Levi, & Noah came to do the follow up work on two different days. Each time we found the same professionalism and care. I’m so glad we called Half Moon, will highly recommend to anyone after our experience!
