Amazing doctor! 10/10 would recommend
Dr Mcccool is a very empathetic and caring OB/GYN. As a black woman I’m always nervous about the quality of care I’d receive from doctors. However, Mcool has made me feel seen and heard as a human being and I know she and the nurses really care about their patients. I look forward to giving birth with no worries or anxiety because of that.
Giving 2 stars because the staff is kind, however it is extremely frustrating to have to reschedule appointments. Then show up for the rescheduled appointment and the doctor has left for delivery. I understand that is part of her job. But gas is expensive. It should be courtesy to call and at least notify the us that the doctor won’t be in. As we all take time away from our work day ect. I hope they will in the future notify their patients who have scheduled ahead for these appointments.
Excellent service! She answered all of my questions and made me feel really comfortable.
I’ve never felt sooo uncomfortable like this everyone looked mad the girl at front desk didn’t pick up her head while I’m staying to check in very rude and stayed 45 still never got called everyone was and it me horrible I pray I’ll never have to go there again
