Giving 2 stars because the staff is kind, however it is extremely frustrating to have to reschedule appointments. Then show up for the rescheduled appointment and the doctor has left for delivery. I understand that is part of her job. But gas is expensive. It should be courtesy to call and at least notify the us that the doctor won’t be in. As we all take time away from our work day ect. I hope they will in the future notify their patients who have scheduled ahead for these appointments.
Excellent service! She answered all of my questions and made me feel really comfortable.
I’ve never felt sooo uncomfortable like this everyone looked mad the girl at front desk didn’t pick up her head while I’m staying to check in very rude and stayed 45 still never got called everyone was and it me horrible I pray I’ll never have to go there again
Dr. McCool is so easy to talk with, she takes her time to listen and answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed. I definitely recommend her as Dr.
Wife called 3 months ago when she found out she was pregnant. Gave insurance info and everything but couldn't get seen till today. So 6 months pregnant and turned away because they didn't accept the insurance they said was fine 3 months ago. So 6 months pregnant and still haven't seen a doctor....that's America for ya
