First found out about HW Med Spa through Groupon. They offer the best option in Richmond for hair removal- so glad I found them! I've tried other spas that offered hair removal options that were painful and had sub-par results. The machine at HW Med Spa blasts cold air so that you don't feel anything, even in sensitive areas. I highly recommend buying a series of sessions if you are sick of shaving. Worth every penny.

I love HW Med Spa! My friend found them for me on Groupon for laser hair removal. Paige was so fabulous explaining everything to me for my first visit and we were done in a blink of an eye that I signed up for 3 more areas! She does everything so thoroughly and efficiently that u r in and out in no time and no pain! I recommend Paige to anyone who will listen to me! :) Believe me, girls, everyone should do laser hair removal, especially with Paige!
My first visit, I received a facial that focused on adult acne. For my second visit, I got a micoderm treatment with a mini facial and I left with smaller pores, smoother skin and an amazing glow. Maryann was so knowledgeable about skin and educated me throughout the entire process about what she was doing to my skin. Looking forward to making another visit to HW Med Spa!

I am in love with this place. Paige always takes such good care of me and she's super outgoing. I'm back for my second laser hair removal area and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
