Terrible customer service. Had $150 worth of stone extra for a project - never touched. they wouldn’t even consider a refund to a 20 yr. customer. Arrogant office manager wouldn’t even come out to talk about it. Had a lackey lie to me and say that is “industry standard”. B.S. There is no industry standard on returns. Never getting my business again and will be telling all contractors I work with to not deal with them.
