I would not recommend this place . Outdated technologies. No communication, no message you could send to the doctor, no even email!!!. Rude person at the front desk, which can not send a prescription to the pharmacy or would not pass any question to the doctor . My elder family member was there for 3 years, no study was done for all this time, until the prostate completely blocked the urine flow. I've been seeing Dr. Haley for many years. He is always polite and takes an active interest in my care. He is a little bit like a "country doctor" which is something I appreciate. I don't feel like I am being processed quickly to get as many people through the door as possible.

I appreciate his approach- treatment over surgery as a first approach. He could make more money but chooses this way, compared to my first urologist.

Doctor Haley has done a wonderful job caring for my dad the past couple of years. He's old school, very experienced, with painless catheter changes. If you want an experienced provider who knows what he's about, Dr. Haley is your man.

The doctor bills at wrong codes to make more money on their patients. Worse experience I have had at a doctors. I made an appointment and asked to get email confirmation so I could put that in my calendar. They said they don't do that, I found that odd in 21st century but okay. Now when I showed up they did not have my appointment in the books, I guess that's not surprising since they don't use a calendar.
