Do not use this builder. You can not trust them to do quality work and finish a project. Within a month of moving into our home they built our house had mold. They do not want to fix it. We tried to work with them but they completed ghosted us.
Shawn and Ruth have such careful attention to detail, and such creativity in their homes. I love love love our home they built for us and love watching the others they post on social media... such pure talent and apparently my experience was leaps and bounds more enjoyable than what friends have experienced with other builders. So thankful we have them in Southeast Texas!
