Hales has everything i need to fix everything that breaks. Their archery department is the best i've found. I occasionally try others and keep coming back for their expertise. Derek has been wonderful setting up my wife and 2 sons bows. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to pass it on to the customers.
They knowingly put broken items back on the shelf to sell..... that's just wrong. Apologies don't quite cover it when the manager admits - "I'm so sorry.. i knew it was broken and i left it in returns with out a reason..... must have gone back to the shelf"
Place is exceptional and help is phenomenal! If I need help finding something there is someone always available and extremely knowledgeable about subject at hand!
Mr. Hale and his team have gone above and beyond with their personal service many times. Thanks again for helping me figure out how to resolve my antique plumbing issue today! So convenient to have Hales in Dowagiac. You will not get this kind of service at the big super stores. Mark Snook
