What a joke of a business, I e-mailed 2x & spoke with a salesman there 2x, I was interested in a starter bike. When I realized they were 2hrs. away from me, I asked him @ least 3x to call my cell ph. if the bike sold before I got there. Needless to say I arrived @ the business about 2hrs. after he sold the bike, I was livid & told to go speak with the floor salesman for that day. I did nt know @ the time but a friend of mine was waiting in the front & approached by said salesman, my friend said he was there with me to buy th... read more
Very disappointing. Bought a yamaha bike from them. Took a month for them to send me the title. Ordered a windshield and made an appt for a week later for it to be installed. At the time of the ordering and appt scheduling I requested that they call me if there would be any delays and was told "dont worry about it". I showed up at the appt and went to the service desk. The woman there after we gave our name, said "no and no". My husband and I asked what that meant and she said the windshield and parts were not there. I asked... read more
