Unfortunately if you reach out to them you're going to get an AI answering service that has no idea what they're talking about. Their marketing states they cover the city that I called about and their AI assistant says they don't cover that area and that a real person is not available. Hint to Hale - never put AI between you and your clients.

Very good work lead by Jose Paz. Jose is very friendly and professional. The job was done on time and done well. I feel certain the roof and skylight repairs are fixed and will not leak with the next monsoon. Yes, I would use Hale again if needed.

Once work began it moved along quickly and cleanly. Mr Stewart and Mr Chavez did a great job of applying new stucco. I am still waiting on the paint crew, and for the gutter to be put up, but we have had rainy weather which has delayed them. (Though no one has reached out regarding that delay)

Victor was easy to work with and totally professional. Victor and his crew replaced the roof and installed new underlayment and they cleaned up and left our home in great shape. thanks
