Dr. Shafa has always been such an incredible doctor to me. Since moving away I’ve yet to find someone as compassionate, knowledgeable and devoted.
My long term experience with Dr Shaha as my Aunt Helens Primary Physician at Kaiser, has been excellent in every regard. She has always shown tremendous compassion and respect for her patients; referring to the appropriate specialists whenever necessary and always following proper protocol. Her professionalism is complimented by her caring approach. I highly recommend Dr Shafa for excellent medical care.
Purposely referred her patient to the wrong department and refused to correct the error. Without the correct referral her patient was forced to wait two months, spent in chronic pain, before being able to get an appointment with a specialist.
