Front desk staff are rude whenever we call in. Dr LoofBarrow is fine but not very interested in helping his patients understand their care. He is very rushed, not diligent, no thorough, and very uninterested in helping a patient figure out a path to healing.
Super good Dr, and I’m sad that he’s leaving. He listened and addressed all of my concerns and worries. I have anxiety about going to the doctor in general but I wouldn’t hesitate to see Dr. Loofbourrow again.
My experience with Dr Loofbourrow has been the best I have had with any Dr. He is personable and seems to genuinely care about your health. The staff is kind and professional to the point where I actually look forward to going to the Dr. Thank you!

I saw a doctor Hale Loofbourrow at Primary Care Associates on 04/16/25. Dr. Hale was very efficient and took time to listen to my concerns. He was able to get me a referral for an colonoscopy, do blood work for my A1C; and get me a prescription for blood pressure medicine all in one visit. I would give Primary Care
